Join Laura Eck, Women's Coach and founder of For The Women in a connective and expansive circle where we will use breath work, embodied movement, visualization, manifestation practices, journaling and discussion to get crystal clear on what we are calling in for the New Year. 

We will end the night with local artist, Britta Eberly, who will lead us through a creative vision board activity that will actually shift with you throughout the whole year.
